"With Making Stories Magazine, we strive to feature companies and makers who focus on sustainability, transparency, fairness and equity in their work. We love telling their stories and hope to inspire and enable crafters to make conscious and informed decisions about the materials they use and companies they support.

For Issue 14, we’re taking it back to our roots – an adventure in the forest! Journey with us to enchanted old-growth trees, clearings with rays of sunlight filtering through the canopy, tiny mushrooms on mossy logs, and a cozy cabin with a view over the woods.

With Making Stories Magazine, we strive to create wearable collections of knitwear that you’ll love and wear for years and years to come. The yarns we feature are all produced with utmost care for our planet and its inhabitants, be they human or non-human.

We hope to inspire you to make conscious and informed decisions about what you make, with which materials, and with a lot of joy in your heart.
