Stitch Holder Cord

The perfect stitch holder for any project and an excellent addition to the toolkit for the knitter who has everything.

This hollow silicon cord fits over the tip of knitting needles. Simply press the tip of the needle into the hollow end of a cord firmly, slide your stitches off the needle and on to the cord, and pull to detach.

When you're ready to work those stitches again, do the reverse to load them back on to your needle!

Each set set includes one 1.5M/60" cord in orange for the body stitches of a sweater, and two 0.75M/30" cords in blue for your sleeve stitches. If you wish, you can easily cut the cord into smaller pieces for ease of use with fewer stitches (thumbs, for example), but it will remain the most versatile if you leave them long.

Small:
Fits with needles in a size range of 2.25mm (US1.5) through to 6.50mm (US 10.5)

Medium:
Fits with needles in a size range of 3.75mm (US 5) through to 8.00mm (US11)
