These beautiful scissors are forged in Italy from carbon steel for hardness and high wear resistance. The blades are nickel-plated for added durability, for protection against corrosion and to enhance its aesthetic appeal. The shanks are finger rings are plated with the finest 24-karat gold which does not tarnish as gold is a non-reactive metal that does not rust or discolour over time. For safety's sake and to protect the blades and your projects, we include a genuine protective leather sheath.
