Class: Continental Knitting

Want to knit faster? Are you ready to tackle colour work? Knitting continental style – with the yarn in your left hand rather than right – is the key to speed, and also helps you enormously with colorwork. It’s also useful for knitters who want to manage and minimize hand-strain. We’ll also demonstrate a magical technique for working ribbing and seed stitch without moving the yarn.

All classes take place at 6pm in our Kensington Market shop. Please arrive a few minutes early.

Once we have received your order, we will send you an email to confirm and to go over a bit more information.

Please note that these classes are geared towards adults as children tend to learn at a much different speed. If you have a young friend under the age of 16 who would like to learn, please reach out to us directly to make arrangements.

Cancelation Policy: If you need to miss the class, please give us as much notice as you can. We do not offer refunds for missed classes, but if you give us more than 24 hours notice, we will transfer your registration fee to another class or to store credit.
