Natural Ewe Yarns is a mother-daughter dye duo, working exclusively with natural dyes in Pictou, Nova Scotia. They specialize in earth-friendly fibers and botanically dyed yarn. Their yarns are all hand dyed from plants they forage locally or grow in their own garden, as well as some more exotic barks and extracts from Canadian importers. 

GOTS To Have It is 100% certified Global Organic Textile Standard merino. GOTS is a guarantee to emphasize the environment and sustainability in all stages of the manufacturing process. Requirements include the handling of waste water and energy usage, along with social ethics and worker related aspects of the manufacturing process. The final yarn's quality is also inspected.

While no dye lot is available, they are usually dyed in batches and we do our utmost to ensure each skein of the same colourway and your order matches as well as possible.
